The response of the self-elected 'inner council' and the chief executive has been to centralize the ACCA operations, abolish major committees, impose censorship and ridicule anyone who disagreed with the policies pursued. This is the biggest public vote of no confidence in the chief executive. Will Anthea Rose do the decent thing and go? Probably not.
